I have a merchant account with Wells Fargo and do business with this branch 5 days a week. I have never seen a staff as friendly and helpful as these people are. They make me feel special every visit. Always the highlight of my work day.

This is a great Wells Fargo location. There is reserved parking out front, so even if the mall is busy, you can still find some parking for the branch. Tellers are always welcoming and helpful.

Chris helped me out with a loan and went above and beyond. I'll definitely be going back to him instead of calling costumer service next time I need help.

The manager there was extremely rude to me. Before this experience I used to have no complains with the bank in general, since I had a overdraft problem. 
I've never allowed Wells Fargo to use my debit car as a credit card but they did, and charged me 70 dollars for the same purchase. I've never got my money back.
WhenI called to complain, the woman was really really rude. She even told me that she was the manager when she wasn't. So I'm going to make a formal complain and I've already changed my bank.

Don't open an account with them. They are horrible
