THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. I PAID MY BANKRUPTCY IN LESS THEN 2 MONTHS AND AFTER THAT THE COMMUNICATION WITH THEM WAS A NIGHTMARE. I CALLED AND EMAILED MY CONTACT PERSON AND NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY BACK. THEN 2 WEEKS LATER I KEPT ON CALLING AND COME TO FIND OUT SHE NO LONGER WORKED THERE. THEN I WAS ASSIGNED TO ANOTHER PERSON AND AGAIN NO ANSWERS BACK AND NO EMAILS FROM THEM. THEN I DECIDED TO GO IN PERSON AND I WAS TOLD THAT PERSON NO LONGER WORKED THERE ALSO. GOT ASSIGNED TO SOMEONE ELSE. AFTER COUNTLESS CALLS AND EMAILS FINALLY SOMEONE REPLIED BACK TO AN EMAIL. I HAD MY FORMS AND I KEPT ON TRYING TO COMPLETE THEM I HAD QUESTIONS AND NO ONE COULD HELP ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. THEN I RECEIVED A RUDE EMAIL FROM MY 3RD PERSON I WAS ASSIGNED TO TELL ME I HAD 10 DAYS TO TURN MY FORMS IN ALL COMPLETED OR THEY WOULD CLOSE MY CASE NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I CALLED AND ASKED TO TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR TO LET HER KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND HOW RUDE SHE WAS ON HER EMAIL. I THEN DECIDED TO GO IN PERSON AGAIN BECAUSE I WASN'T GETTING ANY WHERE. THE SO CALLED LAWYER THAT I GOT ASSIGNED NEVER EXPLAINED ANYTHING TO ME AND JUST TOLD ME THAT I HAD A WEEK TO DECIDED WHAT I WANTED TO DO WITH MY BANKRUPTCY AND HE SUGGESTED I WAIT 3/6 MONTHS MORE BEFORE I FILLED OR JUST NOT DO MY BANKRUPTCY AT THIS TIME. I HAD A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND ON THE CONTRACT IT SAYS THAT THEY WOULD KEEP UP TO $645.0 IF I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY BANKRUPTCY FOR ANY REASON. I WENT IN PERSON AND DECIDED TO CANCEL MY BANKRUPTCY AND THEY SAID I NEEDED TO WRITE A LETTER TO LET THEM KNOW I WANTED TO CANCEL SO I DID AND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 8/12 WEEKS TO RECEIVE MY REFUND BACK. I WAITED THE 12 WEEKS AND STILL NO REFUND SO AGAIN I HAD TO CALL AND THE SUPERVISOR THAT TOLD ME TO DO THE LETTER I DID NOT GIVE ME ALL THE CORRECT INFORMATION AND I HAD TO REWRITE ANOTHER LETTER ASKING THEM TO MAIL ME MY REFUND. I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 DAYS TO HEAR FROM THEM. I JUST RECEIVED A LETTER AFTER 30 DAYS TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE DECIDED TO KEEP MY $1700.00. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR MORE AND JUST PLAYED PHONE GAMES WITH ME EVERY TIME I CALLED. THEY ARE FAKE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS. I SHOULD OF PAID ATTENTION TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS I READ. I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND I WILL KEEP FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. PEOPLE WORK HARD TO SAVE MONEY TO TRY AND FILE A BANKRUPTCY FOR THEM TO TURN AROUND AND TRY TO TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER THAT WILL WORK WITH YOU ONE ON ONE. YOU WILL ONLY BE $$$ SIGN TO THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.....

Don't do it. It's the biggest fiasco you will get yourself into. I gave them almost 2,000. And they ran off with my money. Never did the job! They lie,you can't reach them and you do most the work a normal law firm would do. It's a crime they can put up a sign and call it a law firm. Look for honest lawyers. There are lawyers that charge a little more and some that charge less. Don't go with Lawyers ASAP They are so corrupt!

I have never experienced a lack of communication, professionalism, and commitment. These guys are the worst of the worst. I don't know how they are still in business. Don't waist your time and money with these guys!

Absolutely horrible experience. They said that they could modify my mortgage and could not - after trying TWICE. Then they said that I could keep the home if I declared bankruptcy. They said that the Chapter 13 payment would be reasonable - it was OVER $4,000 per month. I would not waste your time or money with these people.
