This was a terrible experience. The soda machines completely out in lobby. On their side most selections out as well. Chose Mountain Dew and syrup was out as well. The location inside was dirty and a homeless guy with a cart was outside praying and on his knees. The chicken was cold and fries had to have been at least 6-10 hours old to be that nasty. We trashed the fries. The staff was listening to rap music, dancing, and on their cell phones. The manager on duty included. My wife says the sweet tea was says old as well. The cashier took it down, wearing no gloves and had her hands touching the inside of it where it is stainless steel. They also did not give us forks for potatoes or napkins for our order which was to go !!! **** I urge evryone to go to the corporate website and file a complaint as I did so that someone gets involved before they get someone sick. The owner and managers do not care about this place to allow it to be ran this way **********

The establishment is good with the food except for the drinks. Majority of the time they forget to change tanks so u get Seltzer water of course. Needs a little love with the overall inside look....oh and the bathrooms please tend to the bathrooms .

Waited for 16 minutes for a 4 piece combo. No one was in line ahead of me. Go somewhere else

First of all, their wait was wayyyyy too long!! Workers were in the back talking instead of doing their job! It's a fast food restaurany the wait should NEVER be that long. Horrible experience!
