If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever been exposed to. Stood in line for 5 minutes not to be acknowledged. So I left. Called the restaurant to speak with the manager as soon as I got outside just for an employee to say that she's busy and to call back at 2pm. Its 10:00 in the morning!!!!! Unbelievable. This particular restaurant will never get my business again. Since the manager was too busy to take my call Im sure corporate will have no problem. Do better Ihop.

When my husband and I first arrived The servers acted like they didn’t want to speak. The young lady sat us and asked if wanted anything before I server came. I asked if we can have a glass water and she was kind to give us that and told us our server will serve us in couple of minutes. Well 45 minuets went pass and we have not been  serve. No one came over and told us that they were running behind or anything. So we kindly got up and left and will not be returning.

I placed an order over the phone and the man that took my order was very rude. He bluntly lied about they weren't serving any steaks and hung the phone up on me. I called back and young lady answered the phone and I asked her about the steak on the menu, she told me that they still serve steak. As I  started placing my order she started rushing me and stated that "she didn't have all day". She told me the price for my order which was extremely higher than I normally pay. I asked her about the price difference and she told me that either I wanted it or I don't because she was to busy. When she told me that I kindly told her to cancel my order. They are working in a restaurant that deals with the public. In order to work with the public you must have good customer service skills. Customers are the ones who bring in profit to the business and deserve to be treated with respect since they are paying for a service. The people who are taking orders over phone most certainly need to go through a customer service program to learn to deal with customers and how to answer the phone!!! I highly recommend to the IHOP franchise to invest into customer service programs for their employees!!!

My family and I visited this undermanaged establishment for breakfast..the food was okay but the sneaky server tactics threw me for a loop...our waitress took our order..bought the food...we ate...i asked for the check, she bought the bill over I handed her my credit card..and before I could even sign the ticket she took it upon herself to take her tip off my card!!!! She was so afraid of not getting a tip that she STOLE money from me without  me agreeing to it...the management was no help and they acted like they did not know what was going on...so I went over their heads and called corporate...i tip when I go out to eat but for her to STEAL money from me is unnecessary..i will not eat there anymore...be careful everybody is not honest...
