The person taking my order was courteous. The guy filling the order needs customer service training. He didn't give any napkins or condiments. And he bagged my fries at least 5 minutes before my sandwich was ready.

All time worst McDonald's I've ever walked into. No ice for drinks, no napkins, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, and the cashier didn't even know how to get to the screen for me to pay for my food. Thank goodness I don't live in this area and most likely will never return here

Have ordered from here several times, but this time they flat out refused to make my order, but only after I had already paid. They kept claiming that it wasn’t in their system and there was nothing they could do, even though I had a receipt. Then they tried to claim that the receipt was for another McDonald’s location, yet the address was clearly on the receipt. At that point, the employees on staff refused to talk to me, telling me that I had to call their manager or corporate and there was nothing else they could do. I had the receipt!! My card had been charged! It even showed up in my bank statement! So they got me on the phone with their manager, who said he didn’t believe I even had a receipt. When I texted him a picture of it, he refused to respond. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. It was so bizarre, as if someone was playing a prank on me. I don’t get it.

I travel up and down the East Coast and I eat at Waffle House about 70% of my time . Always have a great experience at any of the locations. At this time don't see myself returning to this location in the future The young man that was serving me was a future management. But however the cook on the grill was either sleepy or hated his job. That is why I probably had burnt chicken.
