They are definitely changing this place for better. I came here a year ago and stayed away. Came back twice and it's been really great. Management really is trying and is doing a good job. Great service! Keep it up.

I went out with my husband to the Rivertowne location. The server took my drink order (water for myself and sprite for my husband). The gentleman brought the water from another table. I asked was it fresh he replied yes, the other table didn’t want it but they didn’t drink from it. I said ok and didn’t make a fuss. I drank from it and on the second sip I noticed something floating at the bottom. I moved my straw around and noticed their was a pile of a dusty black substance. I asked for the manager who came and was very apologetic and told me he would go find out what was going on. The server who was standing nearby was listening yet did not stop to say anything until I brought what he did to his attention.
Disturbed by how he insisted it was not his fault and that their machine was acting up, yet offered me another water, I decided to leave. The manager came  back and asked if I was leaving saying that he heard I was leaving and I replied yes that substance could be anything and all you have to say is I am sorry? He replied well I was going to take care of your meal. I decided to just leave and he left my husband with some cards.

This particular restaurant is usually on point, but the seating and kitchen is slower than usual. It's always packed but they do a good job of keeping the wait time down. Never had a bad experience with the food. Always friendly service. Today however was a bad day, my pasta took so long my family had ate there food before I got mine. The breaded shrimp had way to much breading. They had an off day. My chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasta was way to runny. Sent it back

The appetizers were barely warm. Only after a minute of the appetizers being delivered the meals came out. Unfortunately, we hadn't gotten our salads yet. Then we get our salads but given to the wrong person; by the same waiter that took our order. the sauce cups were disposable plastic and small which is unlike any Outback I have been to before. We had to wait on drink refills for an extended period of time. I have been to numerous Outbacks in several different states and this is by far the worst of them all! I have never had issues like this at an Outback. Should have read the other reviews before going.

Server was amazing. Food was delicious and came out super quick. Even though there were several full tables. Would definitely come back.
