Ate around lunch today (4/13). All the food was very hot. Tasted awesome. Tea was as homemade as it gets from a fast food restaurant. Can't say enough positive things. Just a refreshing experience. I'll be back. Thanks Bo staff......

The best chicken fast food restaurant around this area. Their sides are great, especially the dirty rice and pinto beans. The gravy for the mashed potatoes is a white sausage gravy, which is amazing on their soft buttery biscuits. Their chicken is Cajun style which means it has a bit of a kick, but not too much.

Pretty gross, ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, not the club. Nothing on it. With mac and cheese and a large sweet tea. Got my order back and there was the grilled chicken CLUB sandwich. In all its tomato lettuce bacon and mayo glory. The bun was soaking wet with grease, tomato juice, and mayo. The mac and cheese is great, and so is the sweet tea (which earns the one star) I went to the manager, who seemed kind of dazed and didn't know what he was doing, said what I ordered, and that I just wanted it remade with nothing on it. And mind you I'm pretty allergic to eggs which are in mayo. Got it back and there was no mayo.....but there was everything else. Tomato, bacon, lettuce. I tried to eat it. Was not very good. Chicken was dry and bread tastes stale. The service was very slow, the girls up front kept calling back for food to come up, it took for ever to get it up there and the poor girl making plates up front was drowning in orders and was looking frazzled, the manager got on to her, and she needed help. You could tell. Lots of people were lining up, just waiting for their food. Not going there again.

Honestly the food is tasty BUT almost everytime I've purchased food from them, and that has been plenty; I, or one of my three children would find multiple hairs in our chicken, macaroni or biscuit!! Not to mention the staff is very slow. The ONLY reason I go back is because my kids enjoy the food but today was the last straw. We found more hair in our food I am DONE with this place!!! Probably because they don't wear hair nets which is so unprofessional and unsanitary!
