This place provides a consistent good quality BBQ. Their service is some of the best in Lake City with knowledgeable and friendly waitresses. One of the things that sets this place apart from other BBQ restaurants in town is their salad bar. Getting an unlimited trip salad and and all you can eat soup is not something you would expect. At only 7.99 includes cornbread or garlic bread, for a few dollars more you can add your favorite BBQ meat! A little tip if you get the salad bar check out the sweet potato muffins they keep at the end of the bar. One last tip while all of the BBQ is typically a good choose the smoked wings really stand out!

Used to be a lot better but heading down hill since a corporation bought it. Prices have gone up a lot. $19 plus drink and tip for the salad bar with a serving of sliced pork is robbery. 

They still have specials that are reasonable if you get water instead of a drink. 

Interiors have been remodeled to be bland.  Food now comes on tin pans instead of plates and instead of large absorbant napkins they now have cheap brown paper towels. 

The food is still good but they have stopped serving some things like baked potatoes.

We got the family platter it could have fed 12 people. It was more food than I thought we were going to get and it is some of the best barbecue I've had in a long time glad we came here! Excellent service too!

I love Sonnys but this location is not the best food I have eaten at all.  Also there was a lot of people standing around and I had to ask to get more broccoli salad from the salad bar.  Our waitress was good considering she was taking care of a huge table of like 12 plus a couple of small tables.

Had a bbq salad was totally the best salad I have ever eaten. What a forward thinking idea. I chose no meat.
