Zero stars for this location!!!! We love Cracker Barrel, but this was the ABSOLUTE worst food and service any of us have ever had!  Drinks took so long to come out that they came out at the same time half the food. Over 20 minutes went by without anyone checking on us or more food coming out. When more food came out finally half the table was done eating.  Food had hair in it, toast came out not toasted, eggs not cooked to order, burger wasn’t edible, despite asking multiple times we still never got a salad, biscuits and gravy, and hash-browns, yet still got charged for them. As we sat there with all empty drinks and plates of mostly not eaten food piled up on the table someone came up and said, “Was everything great?” and we told her all the above. She said she was going to get a manager, which she did not do.  When we checked out another lady asked exactly the same thing, “was everything great?” and we again told her it was the worst dining experience we had ever had, she then asked me how much tip I wanted to leave the server!!! Do yourself a favor and drive on down the road to another location with competent servers, cooks, and management.

It is a pretty typical cracker Barrell. I had the fried shrimp. Everything was good. The only reason for the 4 stars is that our glasses were very dirty. You could tell they were gross when you pick them up but they were gross inside too. Three of us had to send our drinks back for clean glasses. The person that grab the glasses initially should have noticed this. Our waitress exchange the drinks and the new glasses were better. The service was good and the manager also came by to make sure everything was okay.

Dawn was a good server. She took coffee off our bill because it was too weak to drink. I didn't want strong coffee I just wanted coffee that was normal strength. You got a lot of food (we ordered breakfast) but bacon was burnt (Dawn saw it was and got us new bacon) and gravy and eggs were cold. We didn't say anything just ate it. Hashbrown casserole was tasty. Eaten at many Cracker Barrels but would not eat here again.

We were very put off by the hostess. She gave a friendly greeting then walked us to a table, threw the menus on it and wished us to, "Enjoy, y'all." She seemed to have an innate ability to choose a table the guests would dislike. We watched her 'seat' other guests. They would remain standing and discuss the choice of table as the hostess walked away. Some picked up their menus and moved tables. Sadly, the manager did not see how indifferent the hostess was toward the guests. They would chat while guests waited patiently at the hostess station as we had.
The food was pretty good, the usual for Cracker Barrel. We can't imagine anything but negative results from such inept hosting.

Nice place to stop, eat, rest. The store has some nice stuff which always goes well with a road trip. Great location right where I-75 meets I-10.
