As far as cheap hotels go this is one of the better ones. Gripes: no extra pillows in the room, no more than 2 towels in the room. Things that are good: rooms are relatively clean. Checking in the receptionist did not know how to check for a prepaid room,  this brought the ordeal that I had to contact the booking agency to get that straight.

Booked online with bolingbrook. Has a super easy and fast check in. King suite. I did think that the suite was 2 separate rooms. And that is really what I was looking for. But still worked out ok. Picked a non smoking room and it didn't smell like any smoke and the room was clean. Would have been nice though if they had a little pad of paper and pen to write with. I needed to write something and spent a while looking for a pen. Otherwise nice hotel.

Mostly clean hotel with a nice staff.  There were a couple of issues with cleanliness in our room and the hotel RAN OUT OF TOWELS but outside of that it was a decent stay. Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

My husband and I did not have a good experience here..  1st off there was only 2 hangers in the closet.. we had to call the front desk for more and they brought us some that were broken..  there was only one towel in the bathroom.. I had to go to the front desk to get more because the housekeeping staff was already gone.  Then our toilet stopped up... we told the guy at the front desk and he said "Maintenance wont be back till Monday (this was on a Saturday!!)  He did not offer to unclog the toilet, he handed me a plunger and rubber gloves and I had to do it myself..  we were very disappointed in this place.. will never go there again!

It was a decent place..appeared to be clean enough. I love the hotel. It works for me. Great location. Right off the highway
