An extended stay hotel that has a kitchen and absolutely nothing that goes with that. No cups, plates, silverware, or cookware to use on the cooktop in the room?!?! There's not even soap in the room! We had to call for assistance because the front desk was closed though there was nothing to indicate that would happen in our reservation. The room was clean but you won't be because there's NO SOAP!

No frills, extended stay hotel in the southwest Chicago suburbs. I am just as happy to not have housekeeping tapping on me and my neighbor's door every morning, and the full size fridge and microwave, along with the built in cooktop, are appreciated. But I sure did miss having a coffee pot!!

I delivered pizza to that location the desk attendant is very kind and knowledgeable of the area.

What I enjoyed most about Woodspring Suites is that it is brand new, everything works in the hotel, it's clean, the design elements are all modern and professional, the staff is courteous, the laundry facilities all work and are clean, and the building is very secure. I like how only the guests can enter the building. That means no partying and other disturbing activities. I was on the fourth floor and it was always quiet. The room service is every other week but is done properly. You won't be disappointed here.

This stay has been amazing. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is clean and smells fresh. The location is convenient and easy to get to unlike the others in the area. The rooms are a little small, but for the price of the room it out does itself. It'd be nice if there were a more comfortable chair to sit in, but that's just a minor detail. Overall this hotel stay has been exceptionally amazing!
