kids in the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was awesome.  Staff was great, friendly and quick. Spaces to sit out side. Was able to walk to Starbucks. Beds were not bad, they have been loved.  Smells clean.

Brand new facility, has an indoor pool and spa. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in their lobby/restaurant, which is pretty good. We ordered pizza and they delivered it to us in the lobby. The lobby was pretty cozy for my group and we enjoyed sitting there. They also have a private room labeled the library with tables and chairs.

The room was spacious and felt luxurious. However the lighting of the lampsbwas very artificially bright and not relaxing or mood enhancing. Good temperature control and quiet night so good insulation from other rooms. The front desk staff left much to be desired and is my top criticism of the hotel. Inattentive, not friendly and little to no eye contact. Also breakfast was not included and would have been an extra $10. Don't know if this is standard in IL but for paying over $100 a night you should get complimentary breakfast IMHO.

The rooms were really nice and the staff was very friendly. The hot tub in the room was really nice, and the amenities were also good. Highly recommended.
