I used this hotel for our wedding block in June. The hotel is newly remodeled and very nice. I got the presidential suite and it was a great size to have my bridal party get ready in. Their bar is also very nice and the bartenders were great. That is about the only positives of having our block at this hotel. Guests would call to book a room and were told it was full when there were plenty of rooms left. This continued to happen even after talking to them about it. Then they would book outside the block and were able to get cheaper rate than were offered for my block. I thought the point of a block was to get a cheaper rate? I was told a schedule for my shuttle would be displayed and it was not. Even after I reminded them, they got the times wrong. The driver for our shuttle didn't show up on time which made many of my guests miss half of my wedding ceremony. No one even acknowledged that it happened until I said something the next day. There was also an issue afterwards, and many people had to get an uber back. I would definitely recommend not using this hotel.

I had a quick overnight stay so didn't get the full experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Updated look. Comfortable mattress. Good water pressure. Nice bar/restaurant. Only issue is if you are on the back side of the hotel there is some highway noise. Other than that, great hotel.

One of my favorite hotels and the recent stay made it even better. The pillows were fluffy and the beds were amazing. The staff were great and helpful. Overall a great hotel.

No ice on third or fourth floor! Also didn't care for the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast, or even a way to get breakfast added to our bill. However, nice holiday inn as usual, clean, and did the job I needed it to.
