This time the bus was on time . Air conditioner worked well. Seats were comfortable and the power outlet in my seat was working. I'm happy with the customer service. Changed my seat from Washington to Baltimore by paying 5 extra bucks. The lady on the phone was cooperative

Pathetic. Don't ride this bus service. Bathroom filthy. No light in restroom. Completely dark. People peeing on toilet seats because they cannot see. All recharge slots on bus inoperable. No decent ventilation. Non responsive driver.

I usually love Bolt. Today, NOT! They moved the location. No text update or email. I made the bus but since I was A02 and boarded later, I didn't get my preferred seat. Oh yes. I arrived early.

The worst service you can ever get in the transportation industry. Unsafe, unreliable and rude. We took the 7am bus from Baltimore to NYC, while boarding the bus we noticed that it was turning off and the driver was having hard time with it. 5 to 10 minutes into he trip he stated that the bus is having mechanical issues and he took us to greyhound station and he states that " the bus is having issues, do not come and bombard me with questions, i could have stayed home and not deal with this and if you have issues call costumer services". Of course we called costumer services who all what they cared about is money and refunding. We got delayed for 1 hour/10 minutes. The driver was sooo rude and unapproachable, no one else at the station was available to talk to and of course costumer services were no better on the phone. Never do this mistake and take this bus.

Seats not assigned- bus leaked, I got rained on. Horrible experience. The bus driver was funny and nice though.
