We stayed in room 210. The room was clean and very well kept. The staff was nice. Room service was also outstanding; they cleaned and folded everything - even our own clothes that were sitting on the chair. They went so far as to make the bed, and lay out our blankets that we had on it. That was definitely surprising, but very much welcome. When I come back to St. Pete, I will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful motel! My family as a kid has gone here year after year and everyone loves it. The rooms are extremely clean, the staff very polite, housekeeping does a detailed job, and the location is everything. My only complaint, was that on our first evening of our stay a local had rented out Sandbarbills for a party. Some of the guest began fighting physically and arguing outside of our room on the property after 11pm. While it was a nice live view soap opera and was more amusing to us; some families may be uncomfortable with the safety and location of the bar.

Good stop for sunset drink & burger after the beach. Well done. Outside only so weather oriented.

Our favorite place to stay on the beach.  My family has been coming here over 20 years now and you always run into familiar faces every year.  They are family run and dedicated.

Best place to stay on St. Pete Beach. Updated rooms at an affordable rate. Grounds kept immaculate. Ownership shows that they care about their guests as does their staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else when vacationing at St Pete.
