What a pleasant surprise! This place is family orientated and eco friendly. I truly appreciate the attention to small details (tote bag for shopping, dish soap, flavored coffee creamers, washer and dryer, etc). There's a small Putt Putt golf, shuffle board, and outdoor chess on the property. Chris's bar has the best prices on the beach. There isn't a restaurant here but Darla has Hot Dogs and chips right outside the pool (cheap!) and there was barbecue chicken or pork as well. The bonus for us was a professional sand volleyball tournament. A fun/fine group of people. I will return.

The rooms were nice and big. They had a refrigerator, small stove and sink. Excellent access to the beach, nice swimming pool. They offered mini golf, bags game, and other things to do. It was close to restaurants also. The only negative for me was they didn't offer coffee until 8am so you had to go down the street to get coffee if you woke up early.

We pretty much loved this place. There were 6 or us, and it was just enough to give us what we need. The view was awesome, and there was so much to do without even getting in a car. The private beach access, tiki bar, swimming pool, and well maintained beach volleyball courts were extra little perks. It's charming, a bit dated, but overall really great for us. We'll be back!

Great value with plenty to do. Does feel kinda like a retirement community though. AGAVE was one of the best local Mexican I've had!

Great location on the beach side. Spacious and clean. Full size refrigerator! Helpful, friendly employees. We will stay there again next time we're in town!!
