We have been going there for over 20 years so that must say something. It's a beautiful place in a beautiful location. We have had a few problems here and there but that is to be expected over a 20 year period. Staff has always been friendly and I think they do it pretty good job. Now, why am I giving it 4 stars instead of 5? Well I think management is outdated and they need to get some new people in they're running the place. Airheads is the only way I can describe them. I think they have been there too long and have become too comfortable in their positions and have lost sight of the customer's point of view. Over the past few years I have seen more riff raff staying there as well which has not been a problem up to this point but I did notice this last year they actually had armed sheriff's patrolling the grounds which was new to us. I think you will enjoy your stay there but by no means is up to par for a 5 star hotel.

Great customer service, the staff are all very friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. The bellhops deserve extra recognition because they're all so friendly, they greet everyone with a smile and even hold the doors open for you when you enter/exit a building. The room was nice, however the decor is a little outdated. The televisions have a mind of their own and it's a gamble whether they'll turn on or not and sometimes the remotes don't work at all. Room service was great. Overall a great hotel to stay in.

Honest Review: Overall the properties are well kept but it is a little dated. Our room was very small for a family of four, and some upgrades are in order. However the cleaning team was always on top of it and our room was very well maintained. This resort is for families and they even had a crib for our little one (of course for an extra $5 a night) When you arrive you will get hit with a $45 "RESORT AMENITIES FEE " per night on top of what you have already paid. Make sure to rent a car because if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants, be ready to walk on the side walk of a very busy road. There are plenty of good restaurants around and for breakfast we went to Skitters and it was awesome for the price. The beach was very crowded however it is a very beautiful beach with a huge water slide that is awesome for the whole family. There are tons of activities for the family and kids to do, so you won't have to worry about figuring out what to do. customer service was good and overall we liked our stay.

Service has been nice so far. The food has been pretty good too. Only thing my family would like changed is for the air conditioners to be updated in the rooms. With the old A.C. units it is hard to cool down the rooms properly. Other than that it's a nice resort with a great view and friendly customer service.

The staff at both resorts were very helpful and extremely nice. They went above and beyond during our stay in every area. The rooms were great and tons of stuff to do. Very clean. The restaurants weren't the best but they didn't take away from our stay. Great family vacation.
