When working with Bond, I was taken care of by Justin Duffy and Aubree Brown.  They were both very accommodating with my schedule and apartment needs. I would recommend them to anybody that wants to make the apartment hunting process stress free.  Despite my eagerness to find an apartment, they both kept a professional demeanor throughout my time working with them. They have an obvious understanding that not every client is alike, and will make the necessary moves to meet whatever needs are required. Thanks a bunch to Justin and Aubree, as well as Bond!

Justin and Phillip adopted a systematic and informative approach when helping me with the apartment search last summer. They were mindful of my criteria at all times, knowledgeable about the apartment listings, and quickly incorporated feedback from the first day into the second day of viewing. They also kept clear and prompt communications regarding document preparation, action items, as well as any potential issues. Both my mom and I found the interactions with them a pleasant experience. I am glad to be able to find a place within such a short time frame, and would like to recommend Justin and Phillip for being professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process.

Justin Duffy from Bond New York is a superstar!

My wife & I moved to NYC late February and needed to find a place asap. Our requirements were not the easiest (short tenancy, location etc..) and we had spoken to a few agents before and were very nervous about the whole process. Then I came across Justin Duffy on one of the real estate websites and sent him and email. 

From get-go Justin was amazing! He was warm and friendly, very accommodating and extremely helpful. He had excellent knowledge of the city and very quickly pointed us to a few places we might like. In fact, the place we moved into (less than a week later!) was no.1 on the list Justin made for us. 

Justin went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were able to get the place. He did an amazing job speaking to the landlord and guarantors on our behalf and put an admirable effort until he was finally able to secure the apartment for us. Justin is down to earth, friendly, very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.

Justin, thank you for making my wife & I feel welcome here in NYC and making one of the most difficult aspects of our trip so much easier. We saved a lot of stress and sleepless nights thanks to you.

Justin Duffy was great! He made finding an apartment easy and painless. Renting an apartment in New York City can be challenging, but Justin made it simple. 

I am a graduate student and he was able to work with my situation and find me an apartment that was perfect for my needs. Plus he is genuinely a cool guy and fun to hang out with while home hunting. I would definitely recommend Justin!

Justin Duffy and Aubree Brown went above and beyond in helping me to find the perfect apartment in the city! They were very thorough, professional and supportive throughout the process. They prioritized my needs and desires and made sure to fulfill them to the best of their ability. They were also very quick to respond to emails which I found to be rare when working with other realtors. Justin and Aubree played a significant role in making a dream of moving to the city a reality without having to settle for an unfavorable living environment. They have my highest recommendation and I could not thank them enough for their dedication to my satisfaction. You will not be disappointed!
