Anthony Caserio is Exceptionally perfect for anyone relocating to the NYC area.  He gets it!

Anthony is 100% The Go-To Realtor if you want a great experience with outstanding results.  Let me just say that our situation was not an easy one: relocating to NYC for the first time - clueless, essentially unavailable during normal business hours, AND on a strict timeline.  Anthony had zero issues taking on these and the many additional challenges we threw his way.   
Anthony has polished experience dealing with clients in similar situations.  He has extensive knowledge of the current market and area, and he kept us informed of all activity – which included him jumping on a brand new listing and asking if we could meet him in 15mins (after 5 o’clock) to view a property!  His diligence, his attention to detail, and him listening to our needs and wants (making valuable suggestions when needed), along with his drive to go the extra mile made Anthony an absolute Godsend in helping us get through an otherwise frustrating process.

Bottom line: Moving to NYC is intimidating (stressful), pricey, and the application process for rental properties is intense.  Hang in there!  Week One: Anthony found us The. Perfect. Place.  Week Two: He was with us as we signed our one-year lease. 
From beginning to end Anthony was absolutely professional, personable, knowledgeable, and sincere. We could not be happier.  In two weeks’ time we truly consider Anthony a friend, and if we ever need a realtor in the future, it will absolutely be him!

I found my first apartment when I moved to NYC with Compass, this was in its early stages as a company. I found that the model works well (to have area specialists) and you really feel like your broker represents you. So naturally when looking to move, I went back to Compass. I just found that the inventory was a lot better (vetted out) and brokers didn't waste your time trying to show you things they knew didn't work for you. Kelly Waters and her team were amazing in helping me with the second apartment. As always, you still do have to stick up for yourself and help the negotiation process along (always hard to balance negotiating vs. trusting your broker when they say it's something that can jeopardize the deal).

My husband and I have been working with Chip Peoples from Compass for over a year now. We first met when we were in an emergency situation and needed to find an apartment quickly and he pulled through in literally 1 day. We wound up staying in touch and he came through with helping us find our second apartment to purchase. The process has truly been seamless, he is a real pleasure to work with and I would recommend Chip as well as Compass's platform to anyone.
