TOWN residential was of great help in securing my new home. The customer care representative was always available to give me all the necessary information i need to know about the new home. When i asked for a tour of the property, their agent was available at the set time to take me there. I will totally recommend them

The agent I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. As a first time renter, they were able to succinctly prepare me for how to rent an apartment here. I'd recommend them.

They will take your 100$ application money BEFORE let you know the condo you is gone, then they tell you it's nonrefundable, and disappeared, I believe that's how they earn your money.

Horrible experience - This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in working with a Realtor.  Poor communication, agent sat on lease for over 2 days.  Overall did not seem professional at all.

Can I put less than one star?  I just got a cold call from this company. Unacceptable since I'm on the Do Not Call registry.  Very freaked out bu this!
