Agent Yolanda Chen sent mail that shows owners full name and tell you property current value. I do not know how she get my info because i dont know her. Tenant lives there she give all that info to tenant because its post card without envelop. Ridiculous.

The entire process with Bond New York was extremely disappointing and quite frankly-- unprofessional. My roommate and I were running late to an appointment due to subway delays, because, New York, and we communicated this to the agent. We notified her of our arrival time and she said she would wait. When we arrived the agent had left and another agent was very rude to us and said we were late and they cannot show us an apartment but we need to register in their system. We did not want to register until we were sure we would get to see an apartment.  The next day we tried to reschedule and they said there was an application in for the listing and there would be "no point" to see it. Then we asked about another listing and they told us, again, there would be "no point" to go back to the office and register and they couldn't offer us any listings within our budget. It's incredibly discerning when you reach out to a company and you are a paying customer but they stick up their nose because they aren't going to make as much commission. So rude, so disrespectful, and we will not be using their services moving forward.

Recently I had the privilege and pleasure to meet with two members of your team during my apartment hunting trip to New York City. During this trip Ms. Jennifer Rouse and Mr. Rich Williams were extremely professional, informative, and provided a diverse listing of apartments to show us, all which helped make my apartment hunting trip to New York a smooth process. As a member of the United States Foreign Service cadre, who has served at both domestic and overseas locales, your team was one of the most organized and focused teams we have dealt with, and they maintained constant communication with us through out the entire apartment hunting and leasing process. Ms. Rouse and Mr. Williams are a reflection of your company and I commend Bond New York for having such a professional team. I tried selecting 0 stars but that's not an option on Yelp, so apparently they've never met Pawel Ciecwirez. I've had the most incredibly ridiculous, frustrating, unprofessional and unethical experience with Bond New York real estate's broker Pawel Ciecwierz. He accepted my offer 3 weeks ago, and since then has been stringing me along, playing me for a fool, unethically stalling the entire process waiting to screw me over. Besides him only responding to or answering >5% of our attempts to reach him via email or phone, on the off chance that he would respond, he never gave straight or complete answers on any questions we had for him. He made up complete bullshit excuses about contacting the sellers every single step of the way (which ended up taking 5+ days and never resulted in a straight answer), being unable to get us the building financials (which are available to any broker who requests them), and refusing to send us a contract after accepting our offer as well. He wasn't even good at playing us-- he failed to mention to others at the open houses that he had an accepted offer when any broker with a brain would use that as leverage to get additional offers. Pawel then told my broker that he got a second opinion on our financial package from the co-op board president himself (saying it'd likely pass), but still wanted to ask the board what they thought of the "incomplete package" / paperwork from us before creating a full and complete package to present to the board--which everyone knows doesn't happen as the board would never look at an incomplete package lacking a signed contract. Not only does his lack of professionalism, morals and outright humanity reflect poorly on him, but on Bond Real Estate as a whole. My broker attempted to receive guidance and assistance from Pawel's manager who seemed to care less and not think there was anything wrong with how Pawel was treating us or our accepted offer. I hope this is his part time job because a.) he was never in his office as we tried to contact him there many times, and b.) he sucks at it. His website is full of listings that aren't his, and he's an outright phony and a poor excuse for a business man/ salesman of any kind. Don't trust anyone at Bond NY, especially Pawel Ciecwierz.

Elizabeth Granda was an amazing help in my apartment search. She really listened to my requested criteria, didn't waste my time with things I didn't want to see, and was very helpful in walking me thru the process and accommodating my crazy schedule. I will be using her for future moves and recommending her to coworkers, friends, and family.
