I'm having the best time. The staff are awesome. The rainbow trout is absolutely delicious. A must try! Tonight I had Lindsay and Tim. The service is great.

The steak wasn't marinated, and I asked for medium well and received a overly well done. It was tough. The only thing that was good was the beer. Everything else was regular.

Awesome establishment. Great food and seafood selections. Happy hour specials. Every Wednesday Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken special  $6. Come see Lindsay at the Bar! Can't beat Bonefish!

Worst place to order a take out food.  I will never order food from this place as the people at front desk have no clue what they are doing.  
I use to spend more than 5 mins (3 times) over the phone while placing the order but when I go to collect the food, it will be a total mess.   

If you are planning to visit this place, then it is total waste of time and money. I will never use this place and recommend to anyone. There are other restaurants in this area provides better food and good customer service.

I travel a lot for work and have had dinner here 3 times in the past week. The bar has suburb customer service!!!
1st Example- The bartender asked how the lady next to me meal was, she stated “good, the steak was a little dry, but no big deal.” The manager immediately comes over to offer a complimentary dessert.

2nd example - the people sitting to the left of me had an expired GC or coupon. I heard him say well we will try it anyways. The bartender said partially honored it. 
This is what great customer service is!!! 
Plus the food is never a disappointment!
