We have been there twice. Both times, our sweet potato tots were burned. First time, I ordered the pot pie. It was mostly potatoes the size of golf balls and under cooked. I sent it all back and was told that it wasn't prepared correctly. My husband got a chicken sandwich special and he said it was good. Tonight, we decided to give them another chance. We both got burgers. I ordered medium and hubby ordered medium rare. They both came out just barely under well done and smushed. That food shouldn't have left that kitchen. It also took far too long to get our food. The staff was friendly enough even though our servers disappeared for long periods of time both times we were there. We like the decor. It's comfortable and welcoming. It's unfortunate that we won't be coming back.

This was the third or fourth time we have been here.  We arrived around 5PM on Sat evening and were seated promptly.  It took about 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge we were there, but once the server came over she quickly got us drinks and took our order.    Appetizers took a while to come out and our server was not around to ask.  The appetizers were good and maybe worth the wait.  Unfortunately, our dinners followed only minutes later, before we had a chance to even make a dent in the appetizers.     Once we got our diners we didn’t see the server again for about half an hour, when she returned to clear the table.  So much for having a beer with dinner.  But we were the lucky ones.  The couple next to us was seated at the same time as we were.  They sat there about 15 minutes or so without being acknowledged by anybody and finally they just walked out.  Definitely a declining establishment.

Saturday evening, 1 weeks notice of a large party (30+) . 2hr wait for food, order was incorrect, 20 more minutes. Ordered BURGER at 6:25pm, arrived 8:45pm.  Nice ambiance, may be a great place for a smaller party... At the end of the evening after writing the review, in all fairness they covered the meal.

They were busy and we were a large group but they got us seated and had our drinks quick. 

Unfortunately one of our entrees didn't arrive with all the others so the manager happily comped that meal. Professional and generous all in one.

First time patron. Mac and cheese was just noodles, bacon wasn’t cooked all the way and portion was extremely small, returned and requested avocado toast, found hair on mozzarella, returned again. Then found a mouse hanging out with us. Like really?? A mouse? Unbelievable. NEVER AGAIN!
