First time here, walking in puts you in the bar area, so for dinner its strange standing in the bar waiting for a table. Wait was short and we were seated in a large room.  Waitress was very friendly. She was the only one taking orders in the room.  We had to ask more than once for items.  The food was good everyone was happy and full.  The place was dated and could use an new look.

Menu item names are so fun! We were a big group and they handled us no problem. Big portions. Breakfasts were delicious. The blueberry  hill pancakes were more like a mountain! The chicken salad in the sandwich was a bit bland but very fresh.

A wonderful place to get food! The food is always delicious and fresh. We order for pick up or delivery through a food delivery app and its always the perfect temperature. The omelettes are great, toast is toasty, portions are generous. And the staff is kind and pleasant to deal with. I'm glad I came across this place.

It was a sunny day, we ate outside, there was music and the food tasted great and in large portions; perfect for leftovers. My only complaint is not being hungrier to try a second dish. Definitely going back again, hopefully soon!

Fantastic place with an even better crew.  I'm here working on the storm and these people fed dozens of us, from 6 am until well after 9 pm.  Wait staff was always extremely,polite and attentive.  Food was excellent.  Plus they managed to feed the general public at the same time !  Fast, friendly, fantastic.  I highly recommend Ottos, 5 stars all the way !  Thanks for everything !!!
