We absolutely love this restaurant. The soup, salad and bread sticks lunch is our favorite. And the other entrees are excellent as well. Great prices, great food and great times.

What I had was ok it was only an appetizer.. my husband ordered two different items off the menu they didn't have either one.. so he ordered an appetizer. The little lasagna things.. it was so nasty with no taste.. all he end up eating was soup. 😔 Willow Grove and city ave locations😡.. need help get a chef and not a cook... SMH Frozen food tasting better then this place... But the service was good... That's your 2stars...

I took my family to OG Willow Grove for Veterans Day, where I received a free entree.  Although it was Saturday night at prime time, the wait was minimal because of the call-ahead seating.  Each staff member was very polite, from our hostess to our waitress and the manager as well, who was very accommodating with our toddler when we needed to use a high chair in lieu of a booster seat.  Although it is usually policy to not use high chairs in high-traffic areas for safety reasons, the manager understood that the booster was also not safe for our two-year old and found a solution that worked for everybody.  It was obvious that safety was more important to him than adhering to vague policies.  Actions like these speak volumes!  The meal was great for all, the service was quick and accurate, and we left thoroughly impressed with the experience!  

Service of this caliber is exceedingly rare anymore, especially in chain restaurants, so I wanted to make sure to give a five-star review, as it is well deserved!!

It's your typical Olive Garden. The service and food were good. There wasn't really anything spectacular to me that stood out to me.

We like the lady's outings during lunch times with there homemade soups and house salad along with there ever tasty hot garlic rolls. For Dinner there entrees are very good and noticed there mixing it up a bit by creating your own items to add. Many different sauces and pastas to chose from is a huge hit for me along with my favorite Fried Ravioli and appetizer platter to mix and match. Every available drink from delicious Sangrias to a wide selection of wine's to compliment your entrees! The Best part is reserving your spot in line through there Website and receive a Confirmation E-Mail. Huge Bonus not having to wait! Highly suggest that!
