Hi I usually only go and rant about bad experiences because those are usually the most memorable, but I had very fortunate experience of dealing with keira over the phone and although it might not seem very big it was. Here is the great thing that her and the other young lady made possible on the 4th of November. My daughters want nothing more than these Hatchnimal toys that are sold out EVERYWHERE in NYC see im in the Hamptons in NY a 180 mile 3 hour drive from where you are located she advised me that there were 2 available and held them for me a couple of hours until my sister who is Doctor at Morristown medical center was able to pick them up. She could of told me no we don’t have it as it showed online she could of not looked she could of just been like most other salesperson in any other store and not went above and beyond. see the thing is when my daughters open up these gifts for Christmas I want to make sure she know that she made that happen that her efforts where not in vain and I will always thank her deeply even if I don’t have a face to the name.
