I ordered a specific Xbox controller on a Friday. My son’s birthday was on the following Monday. I know, cutting it close. It was guaranteed delivery on Saturday, the next day. It was coming from a store less than 60 miles away. I followed the tracking info, which changed daily (delivery on Sat...then on Monday...then on Tuesday). I received it by end of day on Tuesday. Needless to say, my son didn’t receive his birthday present on time. I won’t trust Best Buy delivery again.

Best buy always has exceptional service. I buy all appliances here. They deliver FAST and install appliances like ovens and dishwashers for a reasonable price. They even haul away the old one!

Ordered a monitor for my son online and picked it up at this store. Was supposed to take 4 days but arrived in 2. Was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was and that there is no more asking/forcing from Best Buy personnel if you want an extended warranty or not. Picked up the monitor and left. Have had this same experience when I got my son's laptop six months prior from this same store and same thing - no asking. Saw it online and they had it on stock, asked one of the Best Buy personnel what laptop we wanted, paid for it using my son's BB gift cards and we were done. Easy and painless. Good job Best Buy.

Kyle from the PC section was a great help in purchasing a new gaming computer. Spent over an hour answering all my questions and giving advice. Great service.
