The worst Sprint Store in the USA. Employees did not know a single  thing about what I asked them to do which was transfer data from the previous phone my parents had to their new phones. They are also not frendly. The Sprint Store inside Rockaway Townsquare is great. Why can't they be like them.

Franchise store. Not full Sprint store. Short-staffed. Friendly. I dropped Sprint because of poor cellular service. But the people are nice.

THIEVES LIARS THIEVES. Don't trust sprint, they're a bunch of thieves. They'll save you money for a few months, but then they'll just creep your costs up until it's more expensive than att. They'll lie about it, too.

Erik is the best. He was able to fix my phone when apple messed it up! I would definitely come back if I have phone problems again 10/10 would recommend.🐥✨

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WAS TOLD WHEN SWITCHING TO VERIZON THEY PAY MY LAST BILL AS WELL AND WHEN I WENT BACK I WAS INFORMED THEY DO NOT. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I HAD THEM FOR LESS THAN A MONTH AND ALREADY SWITCHED. SPRINT SUCKS!!!!!!
