I like the fact that I got my car here. I was amazed at getting greeted at first and showing me around, after I got the car, my experience went down hill. The lack in communication, calling you back to schedule thing they were supposed to do in a few days not week later. Communication is important makes your customers feel important. I was there to wait for a spare key 🔑 waited an hour and a half or more didn’t offer me a shuttle or a rental. When asked for a shuttle they didn’t have one because the guy that drives the shuttle was making my key. So I was told. I had to call them to ask if my stuff was ready never heard back from them if I didn’t call them. I spoke with 3 different people to change my phone number because someone put down the wrong number. I have been very disappointed with how Hyundai lacks in customer service. And I’ve only had the car for like two weeks. Oh but they were quick to call me back when I had a family emergency and wanted to return the car in a couple days.

We've had continuous problems with the car we've purchased from this dealership and we live in another town so when our "brake relay switch" was recalled we drove down there to have it fixed just to later have the battery drained by the same break relay switch malfunctioning (break light would stay on constantly which isn't very noticeable during the day). They towed the vehicle to the dealership as it was their fault and they "fix the part", we leave with a drained battery and a few days later the car dies in the middle of an intersection. We had a mechanic friend look at it and the "crank shaft position sensor" apparently went out which the dealership said they wouldn't fix as it was nowhere near the break relay switch they worked on. Luckily our mechanic only charged us for the part (roughly $40). But the full diagnostic they ran at the dealership didn't apparently notify them of the faulty crank shaft position sensor that went out two days later.

I had my car all picked out with a salesman here but he would not be honest with me about where my car was from or where it was currently (before being brought to them to sell to me) I needed it fast (in dec) to replace a dying car with no heater for my 4yo son and I. I had to investigate myself and turns out the car was In Walla Walla. Not Seattle. So I drove down and bought it there. That day. These guys are dishonest and act like they care but they don't. It took 2 weeks longer than necessary in a car with no heat to get the car I wanted thanks to them
