I took a wedding ring into Boozers a few months ago, so this review is long overdo. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff, I posed them with what I wanted done to the ring....and long story short, all I can say is, I was speechless when I saw the transformation. (Literally) If you are in need of guidance for an already owned piece, or anything else.....Boozers is definitely the jeweler to go to. They are amazing.....thank you Mr. Boozer and everyone at Boozers Jewelry. ......

Junior was great to work with! He was able to help me with a custom engagement ring setting within 15 minutes. Before going to boozers, I visited countless jewelry stores in Waco, Austin, and Houston. All of them made the experience tiring and expensive. Junior made the experience smooth and easy. He made my custom setting in only 7 days and at a great price! He gives you realistic expectations and doesn't small talk. He simply gets the job done, which I really appreciate.

The only place to shop for jewelry. Mr. Boozer and his staff are excellent. I just bought a watch for my wife and Mr. Boozer personally contacted me to say thanks. He was currently out of the country....go to another national chain and see if the owner will do that!!! Missy helped me and was more than patient to help with the decision and let my sister in-laws come by also! I have been doing business there for many years and would never go elsewhere. Anyone that may question doing business at Boozer's should ask themselves how a small local business has been around for over 20+ years without providing great customer service? Go there and buy with confidence, as they are the best in the business. JG
