I just moved to Waco to be with my ailing father.  I stopped in because I was looking for a jewelry store and well, its a jewelry store.  They carry nice stuff like any other jewelry store, I suppose.  It's certainly not top notch but I have to remember that I am coming from living on the east coast and west coast.  I wanted to see how much I could get for a very pricey ring I no longer wanted and the woman went to the back and came out with a quote from "Mike"...  It was PATHETIC to put it nicely.  Totally unprofessional on that side of the business for sure.  I will NEVER go back in there and word of mouth is everything sometimes and Ive got a mouth and I am always too wordy.  Not good.

I love this jewelry store. The ladies are always very helpful and immediately take care of my needs. The owner is always very accommodating and helps me find exactly what I need for every occasion. Thumbs up all the way.

The staff here is great and I got a reasonable price for my beautiful ring. I cannot wait to do business with them as they answered all of my questions (said 14k, was 10k on the tag but I miscalculated), phoned when they said they would. (The kids were very surprised! As was I.) So I had a great purchase, and the young lady who helped us was wonderful and Michael's handiwork is just awesome....instead of thinking out the gold to resize they actually put more in I think. Great investment. Thank you Michael and staff!

This is not the place to sell your extra or unwanted jewelry. They do not offer a fair price even buying it wholesale. The staff come across as trying to be nice and helpful,when in fact they are only interested in how little they can pay and how much they can profit from your valuable jewelry.
