If I could give less than a 1 star I would!! I took my beautiful ring in to be re-sized and cleaned (very routine for MOST reputable jewelers) on Friday, March 30 and was told it would be ready in a week. Every week since I have gotten a different excuse and story as to why the ring is not ready. I have now been told that the stone in my ring was cracked/chipped while being resized/cleaned, but they would "replace it". I told them NO THANK YOU! and that I was coming to pick up the ring (with original stone)! I was then told my ring had been "sent off" to be re-sized/cleaned and was not in the store. We have now had to get an attorney involved. I am sick over this! DO NOT do business with this jeweler. Shame on Willow Bend Mall for keeping them as a tenant! As of today, April 29th..more excuses and STILL NO RING!!

Horrible never go here. I came in for a necklace for my wife and she didn't like it I tried to return it and he said he had no refund policy. That's crap though he didn't even tell me that as a fair warning and even worse I got no receipt. He's very overpriced and really pushy don't trust this guy there is way better options for jewelry

I went in looking for a nice, affordable contoured wedding band to fit with my engagement ring. Mr. Sheikh had a wide variety of rings, and was able to guide me toward the one that would match my ring the best, but it wasn't contoured so it wouldn't fit well against my ring. From there he worked with me to understand what shape I wanted in the band (just a slight curve so that it would lock with my other) and he performed the customization in house at no added cost and it was ready in a week. Mr. Sheikh was prepared to make additional changes if I wasn't happy with it, but I could not have been more pleased with it. It looks like they came in a matched set (he even cleaned/polished and color matched my other ring). I will come back here for any and ALL my jewelry needs in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The owner is a very rude person. When asked to perform work on a watch, not only did he not do the work, he also improperly put the watch back together, caused damage to the watch, refused to take responsibility for it, said that I forced him to do the work, and said my only option was to take him to court. Was forced to file a BBB report.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
