We had the most wonderful dinner at this new Restuarant! I had one of their specials, jumbo scallops & a veggie medley. The scallops were perfectly cooked and the veggie medley was heavenly! My husband had shrimp & scallops with a side of polenta. He was very happy with his choice, although too much polenta for him. The desserts were divine too! The service was super and we liked the cosy atmosphere. It was especially nice with their two fireplaces going. We highly recommend Bora Restaurant in Bethel. We will need back soon!
Very professional, mature, and young wait staff which gave us great service. For appetizers we had the charred cauliflower and the crispy calamari; both were delicious. For Entrees I had the Salmon which was delicious, and my wife had the shrimp and crab pasta which she loved. We sat near the fireplace and felt very comfortable and cozy. The place feels very romantic, a really good place for a date night
Impressed! I had booked for a party of around 18 people for an Friendsmas gathering...I was excited that it was new and different! Everything went awesome! The staff was beyond accommodating, everyone loved their food. Staff was incredibly attentive. Our server was wonderful, personable and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend this establishment....it certainly didn't disappoint! My thanks to the entire staff for taking care of all of us.....Merry Christmas!
Restaurants decor is really nice... Me and my friends sat at the bar which was beautiful- the drinks were really good. I had the Bora Burger which was super flavorful. My friends enjoyed their food as well. The vibe and atmosphere is really nice, will come back!
We happened upon this beautiful restaurant by accident when the restaurant we were going to wasn't open. What a nice find! The food was fantastic! We were there for lunch. My husband had the short rib sandwich and loved it so much that we brought home a second for our son. The French onion soup was one of the best I've ever had. I had the shrimp and crab pasta and there was lots of crab! Our server Evan was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is tucked back in the corner of a shopping center and highly recommend trying to find it!
Great food and atmosphere! Me and my husband loved it, I had a bora chicken and my husband had the rack of lamb very flavorful and cooked amazingly. For appetizers we had roasted tomato flat bread, it was amazing!! The service was also great and water was always filled. Very respectful waitstaff, it was truly a great experience!
We had family dinner last week before the official opening, the food was great the staff it’s well prepared. Everyone should give a try. It’s very excited to have a new restaurant in Bethel. Good luck, Bora!
Place was packed. Food was fantastic and so was the service. The dining room has a frame tv which looks exactly like a painting. Everybody at the table thought it was a painting until it magically changed. It switches paintings every 15-20 minutes and every single painting was beautiful. Never seen anything like it. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.
Awesome local spot with some of the best food I've had in a while. Found Bora when looking for a place to take my wife for a date night. The menu, reviews and pictures led me to believe this was a good choice. Good vibes as soon as you enter; the hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly. We tried a few appetizers Tuna Tartar/Brussell Sprouts which were fantastic. The main entrees were just incredibie, the Sirloin steak I had was amazing and my wife ordered the tortellini which she absolutely loved. Great place for a nice night out or lunch; loved everything.
Amazing food & great atmosphere. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have a gluten allergy and their menu is 90% gluten free. Staff take allergies into special consideration & make sure everyone’s experience is great. 10/10 would visit again & recommend to others!! Parking: Lots of parking space Dietary restrictions: Kitchen accommodates gluten allergies. Flour in house is gluten free so I can enjoy foods I miss like fried calamari & crab cakes.
