I've been a patient at Born for 16 years and have had the opportunity to partner with many of the doctors and support staff during that time, and I encourage anyone with challenging or chronic health issues to give Born a try. They take their time and try to get to the root of the problem(s) and offer many options for treatment outside the realm of just throwing pills at your symptoms. Nutrition is the basis for much of their treatment, but if a traditional medication is warranted - it will be prescribed and supported with nutritional therapies as well.  

I could write a short novel on all of my experiences with Born over the past 16 years, and all of it has been positive.  They are not perfect - who is?

There is a 1 star review here from someone who never even went to Born for a single appointment.  To give a clinic a one star review for one interaction over the phone is  unfortunate.  Katie happens to be the person who set up my first appointment so many years ago, and she has always been nothing but helpful and kind. If you see her in person, she will always have a smile for you.  

The only issue I have had through the years is long wait times for my appointments, but once the doctor is with me - they are not trying to rush through to "catch up." So although it can throw my schedule off for the day, I count it as worthy time and continue to be grateful that when it is my turn - I will get the same time and respect they gave to all of their other patients before me.

Born is the first family doctor/clinic I have ever had... and it will probably be the last.  If your goal is to partner with your doctor, to have them really listen to you, to get to the root of the problem - then give Born a try. These are the areas where they really shine.  You won't be just another patient to them... you'll be seen as the individual that you are.

Very great office to get to the root cause of any issues.  I can't say enough good things about Born because anytime I have went elsewhere I end up back at Born which is the only place I have received exceptional care.  They do not throw drugs at you to cover your problems, they dig into it and try healthy alternatives and find out what is going on to take care of the problem rather than put a Band-Aid on per say.  I have eliminated my other doctors and now put all my trust into Born for all my care.  It is amazing how traditional doctors see differently than Born but even seeing a specialist (endocrinologist) I was told that they were only trained one specific way, they do not look further into the problem - they are trained to keep the pharmaceutical companies going and prescribe drugs daily.  Again I can't say enough great things, I see Kayla Licari but have also seen Dr. Petke and both are wonderful.

Impressed! Dr. Coller listened (and I threw alot at him), came up with a logical and reasonable plan, and while I have A LOT going on, he seemed to zero in on it pretty quickly. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, efficient and worked together very well. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and that speaks volumes for the leadership.  The facility is very clean and inviting.  While it seems quite expensive,  it is worth it to me to get proper and consistent treatment. I am worth the money spent to get my life back! Thank you Dr. COLLER and Born Clinic staff.

In attempting to get an initial appointment I spoke with Katy. Once she finally got to me, she was abrupt and even rude. As I was on hold more than one time, and at great length, I realized like many others that office rudeness is not what I wish to start a new relationship with.

I truly recommend Born Clinic. They have been a life saver for my Thyroid condition.
