It was my first time in Boscov's. I purchased $372 worth of merchandise. I was given very little help and when I ask questions the staff was very curt and unfriendly. When I checked out the lady kept insinuating that I didn't have the money for my purchases; she even tossed the pen at me for when I had to sign the credit card slip. They had a wonderful selection and this is the first review I've ever written out for this type of establishment. I just hope that it was merely holiday burnout; this is the last time I will go to this location.

Hello again 1980. Outdated fixtures, facility and even the music playing over the intercom was from the 80s! Elevator was super sketchy and bathrooms were in disrepair. Merchandise & prices were great. Very little interaction with the sales staff - there were a minimal number of employees around - that can be good when you want to look around & not be bothered but not good when you have a question or need help!

Visited with a friend who is in a wheel chair. Automatic door didn't open. Broken. Bathrooms on second floor, took elevator, one WC accessible bathroom was closed for repairs. The other one occupied for approximately 10 minutes, it was an employee, who obviously didn't need to use a WC accessible bathroom... she replies you could have used the other bathrooms...i replied, that isn't WC accessible, would be difficult to maneuver in there. I'm thinking... why didn't she the employee use the other bathroom. One employee very friendly and helpful, some good sales, but overall not good experience with a wheel chair.

Best department store in PA! Love their selection of clothes for women and men, plus other items throughout. Great quality and prices!
