The store's employees are amazing, very knowledgeable and spend the time and effort to help the customers get exactly what they want. Unfortunately, the products that I have gotten required me to return for additional tailoring as a sports jacket had a hole in it, a pair of pants also had developed a hole after one wear right where the two seems come together. But the manager fixed any and all issues I had on the spot and they went out of their way to get everything just right. I highly recommend this location due to the superior quality of their employees.

I have been going to the Soho store for God knows how long every 3 month. About every 3-6 month I notice a compleetly new staff, and quality of service declines constantly. This New Year I have decided to get my human a watch that I saw online, but I wanted to take a look in person. Thankfully they were in the store. The lady who was helping me brings the watch from the back, and starts checking me out. Than another rep comes by, apparently to help. They scan the tag once, talking amongst themselves and laughing, put the watch back into the box, look at the screen, laugh again take the watch out, scan another tag ( there were 3 of them) One rep goes away another one stays. While not finished checking me out, a lady starts checking out another person after me. ( I know review is long but believe me I am getting to the good part). They don't offer to gift rep the item, and charge me $350 and change for the watch ( price is already with tax). Forgot to give me a receipt. Thank God I told them not to take the price tag of the watch ( which they offered to do twice btw). I get to my husbands work place having a suspicious feeling regarding the price. I open the box and vuala! The Price of the watch is $ 239 *** and I have been charged $350!! On the way back home we drove by the store to take the watch back, my husband went in, because I was furious! Oh sorry the rap made a mistake they say :). Well, your mistake just cost you thousands of dollars of yearly income, because I am not coming back to your store, and most likely HB in general. Happy Holidays .
