Been looking for a well made pair of skinny jeans that I can truly feel happy in (even from day one). While a little on the pricey end, I found them here. Raphael looked after me brilliantly and within 20 minutes I’d picked a pair so perfect that I walked out with them on. In fact, it’s now evening time (I’m a pyjama man) and I refuse to take my new Jeans off. You’d do well buying here. Expect the best.

Love the jacket my wife and son bought for me there. Dropped it off for a repair when a tear formed in the lining, and after an initial staff mix-up on the repair, the owner called me himself to say he'd get it resolved asap. Which he did. Great customer service. Great store.

For the past 6 years or so, I had been looking for "real" jeans (with no stretch in the fabric and no ridiculously unnatural wash - the way jeans simply used to be made) that would fit 'bigger-built/sporty' people well. I tried brand after brand after brand... without success. That was until I found the Jean Shop: Following my friend's advice, I wrote the Jean Shop to explain precisely what sort of denim I was looking for. I thought they wouldn't answer me given how specific I was. But, they did, and, upon the recommendation of the company's founder himself, I purchased a pair of Rocker American Indigo... I could not be happier! These jeans meet all my expectations and beyond: From the quality of the fabric, to the color and to the fit, everything is just perfect. I highly commend the Jean Shop for their excellent customer service and for the quality of their products.

Stephanie made my experience memorable! She really knew her stuff about jeans, and the break in process. It was such a hot day in the city, but I almost forgot about it when I stepped in the store. I was referred by Casey. Love the product. I'll be back when I visit. Thanks so much!
