I got a car here and 2 weeks later, the battery is completely dead! Even the guys at the auto store suggested me to check with the dealer before they replace the battery for me, since this is a newly purchased car the dealer should take care of the battery. I called the dealer, the sales guy there was nice but his managers refused to replace the battery because they said the used cars are sold as is. Well, since I don't have a written warranty I think I have to take it. But I am very disappointed and would suggest that everyone should be careful if you want to buy a car from this dealer. Except for this battery issue, my experience with their financing was very bad, the bank works with them offers super high interest rates. You just need to compare carefully before you walk in if you need to finance your car! So this is not only the battery and the high interest rate! I've really been disgusted by this dealer! So a month later, when I call the bank to request payoff of the loan, I notice that the loan amount is different from what is written on my cost details. They charged me over $2600 for MPP they asked us to buy and we refused!!! And yes I was tired after a long wait and did not pay attention to the numbers and I signed those documents. 2 people in turn were trying to talk us into buying that warranty but we said no, and they offered it for FREE in the end. But they put it in the documents with a dollar amount and added it in addition to the loan amount and submit to their bank without us knowing it!!! Liars!!! If you ever walk into this dealer, be careful!

Upon walking in the girl at the front desk said very little with an expression that said she didn’t really want to be at work. As the first impression of this business it was a little off putting being in customer service myself. Okay, well I’m here to get prices so I was sat down with someone and when I wasn’t willing to hand over my driver license info yet his attitude became very short. He immediately got up acting irritated I wouldn’t give him my info and walked away saying “Someone will be with you shortly..” I sat for a good ten min so I decided to walk out. The guy did come after me saying “he was getting prices for me with his manger.” He never said any of that when he walked away so I had no clue what he was doing. Okay, I didn’t want to go back in but I still wanted info about the car. So finally the manager comes over, with no prices mind you, and tells me “oh people around your age usually get this car” and when I asked about another model he says “that’s more of a car your Mom would drive.” It was then obvious to me they didn’t care about my price or what I wanted they just wanted the sale. He never asked me a question about what I was wanting he just wanted to schedule a test drive. When I asked him if he could write down some pricing options for me he told me that i could go online to look. Yes, i am aware I can look online but I’m in the location for a reason. Moral of the story if you’re a young female looking for a fair price don’t go to this dealership. Worst service I’ve ever had at a dealership by far!

Everett in the service department is top notch! If you ever use this service department for anything, ask for Everett! He will do everything he can to take the best care of you. He helped me set up my rental and he returned the rental for me. He called the main Toyota service department for my car so he could get it fixed properly and timely and not just send me away with a shrug. He is the reason I continue to be a proud customer of Texas Toyota of Grapevine.

Watch them; everyone you deal with tries to sneak in fees. Was not our first choice from a previous negative experience, but was close. Promised to remove a pinstripe and didn't. The salesman made a strongly worded call when they delivered it, and we never heard anymore. Left a message for the salesman, and he never called back. Turns out the call was their service dept confirming our July oil change. HA! They delivered the car in the dark, where we couldn't give it a good look over. Next time, we'll try to find any individual to buy from.

My wife and I bought a Nissan Quest from them this last weekend and had an overall good experience. Everybody was professional and friendly, seemed to know what they were doing and had good information. The biggest complaints I have was the fact that the price I saw online was not the actual price for the Van. They explained to me that they add an additional fee to cover their own maintenance they run on there vehicles, which is great but why can't they include this in their overall price for the cars? We weren't expecting to pay an extra $700 to $800 dollars on top of sales tax, title and licensing fees. So keep that in mind that the price for used cars you see are going to be an additional $500 to $1000 dollars. Another complain I have was they didn't clean the car very well, they took the car to clean it while we were signing the financial paperwork but we didn't notice much of a difference and spent and extra $60 dollars to take it to a place and get it cleaned ourselves. Also, they only had one key for the vehicle and wouldn't throw in a spare key for us, which is fine but its frustrating to have to buy a new key that's going to cost at least $100 dollars. Lastly, and I know this is my fault for not checking the vehicle before buying it, we took the car to get it checked and were told that the axel was going to need to be realigned even though I was told that all things were fixed with the car before purchasing it and the fact I had to spend that extra money to cover the maintenance. Overall, good place to buy a car. Just be mindful about the extra fees they add on to the overall price and have the vehicle checked by a mechanic that you trust.
