My whole experience and every interaction I had at this dealership was professional and enjoyable. I really appreciated the kindness and respect I was treated with, the fact the I didn't just feel like a number, and the fact that they actually listened to what I wanted. Tony Nguyen, my sales guy, was especially awesome. He let me test drive a bunch of cars, without trying to limit my options or steer me into something I didn't want before I was ready. He didn't try to sit me down and pressure me into make a decision and not letting me shop. I told him exactly where I was in the sale process and he listened to me. We swapped communication via email and text during the week and he totally let me go at my own speed. When I was finally ready, about a week later, the sales process was pretty painless and straight forward. It's not too often you walk away from dealerships actually feeling really good about the whole thing, but that's how I felt at Park Place and with Tony. Look forward to doing business with in the future.

Love this place. Always a great service and excellence. Had a small issue with car wash once but it was immediately addressed and I was given a full detailed car wash for free. Truly exceptional service. Been going there for few years now and more years to go .

Alex Orr made the purchase of my wife's new RX-350L the best, most pleasant buying experience of a vehicle ever. It was quick and at a better price than I thought we would have gotten it for. I will definitely buy my next vehicle, an LC, from Alex at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, TX.

Second time to work with Elliot. Now my go-to when looking for a vehicle. Never rushes me, always helpful, and willing to make sure the experience is great. Great vehicles, great prices, great service...what you want from a dealership.

This is my new favorite place to shop for cars! I did not get bombarded by pushy sales people and when we were ready to discuss the car buying process it was Such an easy process!! Awesome place to buy a car.
