I work down the street and I stop here to grab a quick meal for lunch. There's been a few times I've placed an online order and I walk in at the time it says the food will be ready and they haven't even started my order. This has also happened a few times when I've placed the order over the phone. But the staff is very nice, and quick about putting orders together (especially when they realized they let an order go unnoticed). The food is great, and the prices are decent.

Typical Boston Market, if that's what you like. Not a bad place to stop in for what is tried to be portrayed as a home cooked meal. At least it's better than some of the fried and processed foods that would be your fast food alternative. When you go through the line, you can pick out what chicken you want, and then have a nice variety of sides, including things like mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, sauteed greens, I've seen stewed tomatoes, cornbread, stuffing and gravy of course. Green beans are pretty good as they've been slow cooked I think with ham flavoring. They also offered to finish off your meal. All in all, definitely good value for the money, and a good option for the hungry eater looking for a hearty meal on the road.

The staff was very friendly and you get free refills. The offers are really good. It's a very clean place and everyone seems to know what they are doing. The food there is always fresh.

good, but unfair they now charge extra for the sweet potato side. There is nothing fancy about it.

Beware this Boston Market is filthy! I went to get dinner recently and pick up a few sides. When I saw the macaroni and cheese i noticed there was a hair inside of it! It was so long and so gross. The chef came from the back (she was a short lady and she was deaf) and it was the same exact color and length of her hair. I cannot believe they do not wear hair nets! Disgusting! My wife and I love Boston Market but we will go to the other one in Newark in University Plaza.....I will never be going here again!
