Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!!!! CONSTANTLY gets orders wrong. If I don't notice at the drive thru (that an order isn't correct) then I call them when I get home, and speak to a manager. They always tell me that they will write my name and what I'm owed in a book that is kept for this reason and to just tell the cashier next time I visit. Nice thought. But that's all it is. Because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. that I've spoken to the cashier, then the manager on-duty, they have no record of the call! And even better, throughout the entire encounter they are incredibly rude!

Every time I come to this location, I am either missing sauces that I've asked for or a food product. It's get tiring, having to come back and retrieve missing items. I'd rather drive the extra ten minutes to the Bear location - better customer service and they have never messed up my order.

DANYELLE L was so pleasant and offered a smile that now days is very rare! She was helpful in caring our food to the table and checking back to see if everything was ok. She made sure that the area surrounding us was keep clean. My husband and I take our hats off to Danyelle and the TACO BELL in Chestnut Hill Plasa# ! .

Mexican/South Western style fast food..An inexpensive place to get something a little different, if you don't want another burger or pizza! Good selection, reasonable prices..
