Excellent Service by LIZA. Try to order no meat croissant, other chef couldn't even get ordered correct.  LIZA only overheard and my croissant was personally hand delivered after i paid. Makes you feel real special. VERY PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE WHEN EMPLOYEE IS HAPPY TO DO WHAT THE ARE PAID TO DO. DEFINITELY GOING BACK TO THIS WAWA .

NO STARS… 45 min wait for two salads. No urgency from management. The bar for customer service has been lowered and has no standard anymore. Management needs to pick it up and learn how to delegate.

12/3/2022 9:42 a.m. Girlshort haired orange hat at register with no name tag and refusing to give so after compliant of slander and terrible customer service displaying bad language in front of customer. .Not the first time and no Manager at site to handle the situation.  Another of new staff needed here. Along with the CONSTANT food not being available 10 mins after an order has been placed. One of the worst in Osceola County

Yet another sub par Wawa...NO coffee. Excuse, we're busy, it'll take 20-30 min if you can wait not THAT long. Another totally disgusting bathroom. Only 1 working toilet, the floor was littered with bloody toilet paper, and the seat was covered in feces. The non flushing toilet was piled up past the seat with toilet paper and paper seat covers. EWWW... Find another location. Again, no pics too gross to post. I've seen cleaner outhouses and porta-potties.

Went in to get a drink and used the restroom. Needless to say I didn't get my drink seeing how filthy the bathroom was. Handicap stall had NO running water, pipes looked as if they were going to fall apart from the wall, other stall was even more disgusting. Definitely won't be back.

I gave them 3 stars because they stop making sandwiches at 1am. I come from work and wanna get a sub and some employee telling me he shutting the touch screen down because it's gonna be 1.a.m. I thought wawa provides 24/7 .. this is the 1st wawa I know that closes there system at 1 a.m. otherwise that great place to get gas

Employees were great!  Pierogi quesadilla was good. Mocha chocolate chip shake was just ok to me. The reason for 3 stars is because the women's bathroom.... one of the stalls looks like the toilet could fall off the wall. All connections to the wall were severely corroded. Fix that and it's a 5 star.

Would be nice if the deli was actually 24 hours like it’s supposed to be instead of the now 80-90% of the time I come here after work being closed.

Low service. Definitely not a store that is meeting their benchmarks. Employees are not coordinating with each other and the management is ignoring these issues. Also expect a lot of homeless in the area and the place to be disorganized with boxes all around the store. The floors look a little dark comparing to other stores. This is an embarrassment to have the name of wawa , 7 eleven is way better than this!

Great coffee and sandwiches I usually am there super early and there is no waiting
