We went to Hooters with memories of amazing wings from previous visits in our younger years and probably inflated expectations. The waitresses are still as friendly and attractive as ever, but the wings sort of fell short of what I remember from years ago. The famous original wings were not longer coated with flaky crispy batter, but rather a hard chunky thin fried batter, not so different from a bag of frozen wings cooked in air fryer. We tried both the mild and medium heat and neither had much spice to speak of....the "heat" is from the drizzle of hot oil on the wings and condensed in bottom of plate. We also got the bbq version and it didnt ring any tadty bells either. To make things worse, our curly fries were mostly soggy and under fried, not at all like the crispy yummiess from my memory. So despite the very nice service of the waitresses, our overall eating experience was a bust

The Best Hooters! They always make my food exactly how I asked! Some hooters undercook their buffalo shrimp but this Hooters gets it right every time : Their shrimp is one of my favorite foods :

Great wings! The atmosphere is great for watching sports and having a good beer. Service was excellent. Plenty of parking in the garage. Prices are fair. Definitely worth it! The restaurant is in the ground level of shopping center.

Atmosphere and food was good, would have been a better review except they have zero vegan options. When my wife asked the only answer was a salad and fries. The bathrooms could use a cleaning bad, an employee came in, floors wet and trash everywhere. He just walked out and did nothing.

I'm not a big salad eater, but the Chicken Ceaser salad here is the exception. The chicken is tender, all the greens are fresh and a big shout out to my server friend, Karla, who always greets me like family and makes sure anything I order has been prepared to my liking. I Some of the other servers should take notes from this young lady on how to properly attend to yourcustomers. Other than that, I love this Hooters.

For a hooters this is below standard but our waitress was very helpful and the wings were OK.

Service usually takes a bit long; however, tonight I left the restaurant after seating there for 40 minutes without anyone noticing that we were there. I asked one of the girls for help and she said they are coming and that was it. My daughter and I were invisible. A couple came in and sat down 10 minutes after us right on the next table and they took their order. The only reason why I am not giving it 1 star is because in other occasions the service has been better. It is a Monday night, it was not that busy.

These girs take forever to notice you to take your order. I mean why else would I be sitting at a table. You can see them all at the bar on their phones. The wings are good and consistent year after year.

I’ve been to hooters since I’ve been 10 years old, all over miami, this by far has to be the laziest staff I’ve ever seen. Claiming the kitchen is closed, when someone else came to us 5 min later saying they are most definitely open. Horrible service while being attended and served my food, stating that the soda Machine is broken and that they ran out of sauce for wings. I wish I could say different but I will not be coming back to this hooters again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! ATTENDED BY JASMINE

My wife and I sat at the bar. Ordered a bucket of beer and wings. The bar maid was the worst I have ever encountered. My wife had to ask her for all we needed. Totally ignored us. Worst service ever.
