This location has generally been my family's go-to place after a day if shopping or prior to a movie. Based on our most recent experiences, and the last one being yesterday afternoon (August 2, 2017), we will avoid returning for some time to come. We arrived for an early dinner prior to a movie at around 4pm and there were very few patrons so I figured it would be a seamless experience leaving us lots of time to enjoy our meal and make the movie. The trouble is we couldn't even get seated. My family and I stood there in the entrance of an almost empty restaurant for about 10 minutes (my husband tried to see if he could get someone's attention to no avail). We decided to leave and go across the street to another restaurant because unfortunately, the service we have received in the past didn't warrant staying (one evening in particular, my daughters and I were seated and served drinks and no one ever returned to take our dinner order. After 45+ minutes of waiting [and watching other servers tend to their tables], we couldn't wait any longer and I decided to leave. I actually found our server and said I wanted to pay for our drinks since we were leaving - he comped the drinks, apologized and I left with two starving kids). We have had a few good experiences here as well but the most recent visits have really turned us off from returning.

Good food. Good service. Food took a bit longer then we would have liked but was a busy day.

Nothing outstanding about it, it is a good Boston pizza. If you have had it once... It's the same here.

We had a party of 50 come in for a meal between our Silver Stick hockey games. The owner brought us menus to the rink to help expedite the ordering process since we had delays in our games. We ended up having a fantastic pizza and salad bar for a very reasonable price. Wait staff were great. Pizza and salad were delish. Great variety. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Cashing out checks was quick. Great experience and very flexible and accommodating staff. Thank you.

Me and my boyfriend went to the Newmarket Boston pizza location on June 22 2017 we got there at 9pm we waited to be seated for almost 10 mins when my boyfriend finally popped around a corner to get someone we finally got a seat if that's what u would even like to call it because we were told to pick any table. we then sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for someone to even take our drink order and bring us menus, a group of 4 came in shortly after us and they got served before us then when we finally got service we order our appetizer and our mains when the appetizer arrived no utensils or napkins were brought to our table. It wasn't till about it 10:15 I finally received my boyfriends flat bread pizza and my pasta dish and to no surprise it was cold my boyfriend had to ask for it to be warmed up after already waiting over an hour, there was no set waiter for our table we had easily 5 people come to our table. When we finally got our bill at about 10:45 the waiter told us to excuses the wait, which normally I would have no problem with but it was not very busy and the groups of people that were there were drinking not even ordering food and one waitress was even sitting at a booth with friends while on her shift. I was not happy with the service or the food especially for what the price it came up to.
