Had the the Nachos for appetizer, off to a good start. Steak fajitas and All day breakfast burger for main course. The burger was well prepared and tasty, the fajita was meh... the meat and roasted veg were the only saving grace as the lettuce and toppings were not very fresh (wilted lettuce, shredded cheese was dried out). Had the chocolate butterscotch with ice cream for dessert, diabetes in a mason jar.... super sweet, but you got what you ordered. Service and atmosphere overall was excellent. Not bad but room for improvement.

I usually love Kelsey's and the food seems to always be what I expect but you can't always expect the same service and HOLY this Newmarket location has the most rude and unprofessional front house staff... Me and my girlfriend were at the location in Newmarket took them about 5 minutes to even notice we walked in. After been sat down we ordered a beer each and we are not asked for ID and I didn't think anything of it as we are both 26 years old but the kicker was that when we finished about half of our drinks we are approached by only what I expect to be the manager and |NOW asked for ID. I had mine and my girlfriend left hers in the car and due to the fact we had already gotten our drinks and finished half I didn't see the need for her to go get an ID from the car for a drink we have already almost finished. Trying to explain this insane situation to the server/manager she tell my girlfriend to go get her ID or else she would have to take the drink away.. we refused and she took the drink. As I'm ready to leave due to this I ask for my Bill (didn't want to just leave) and I'm charged the Beer that was taken away... Kelseys... I didn't force you to give my girlfriend the beer before asking for ID.. you did that... don't take things off my table and force me to pay for them when YOU made a huge mistake and served without asking for ID. Not my issue.. yours.. After an argument with the lady I was so angry with the situation. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this location again. Please Kelseys, train your staff before they cost you all your business.

Our server Sam was amazing. 
Very attentive and nice, was very sweet to our children. Amazing service and food was great. 
Helped recommend messy sandwich. 
Will be back soon.
