Quality furniture at a very reasonable price. Purchased my whole bedroom set here with free delivery and set up. Please tip your installers, they work their tails off. My salesperson, David, was knowledgeable and let me know when my items would be on sale for the lowest price. A couple of weeks of patience saved me a couple of Benjamins. Easy financing terms are available with your Boston Store Card.

Great quality furniture. The service received was definitely thanks to the 2nd sales rep I got intercepted by. Carrie was very nice, thorough and effective. My needs were met and I walked out the door feeling proud that I was able to get what I wanted at great markdown prices. Highly recommended. I totally prejudged this place and thought the prices were going to be steep by totally shocked to catch such a great sale.

Ordered a small couch and a small chair. They estimated 10 to 12 weeks for it to be finished. Its currently been 16 weeks. After having to call them (cause they didnt call us) we learned our couch has been done but they are too cheap to have our expensive items delivered seperately, so they are holding our couch hostage. The Amish could have built these items faster. The lack of an effort to correct this setback is frustrating. Im nearly ready to cancel my order.

Nice store with great staff, furniture nice for the most part.  Some of the items are the same as the discount store so be careful.
