I went looking for hiking shoes. Their website is full of options. I knew the selection in the store would be far more limited but I needed shoes. I've literally could not find a single pair in the store. I even looked in the men's department, knowing I can wear a men's 7 1/2 or 8. (Which I find out Sears does not carry) When I asked the clerk if they had women's hiking shoes anywhere - thinking perhaps I had missed them, I was told "that's a specialty item we don't carry them in stores". I'm sorry, I was not aware that a woman wanting a pair of hiking shoes was considered a specialty request. Apparently we're supposed to stay indoors and wear fancy shoes?

Nick from Appliance and Electronics was so helpful for us buying a dryer, our first appliance ever. He patiently went through all of the details and answered all of our questions. After we said we were going to try a few other places he immediately let us know that we could save time and he would price match any of the other places we are thinking of going. We ended up coming back and purchasing a GE dryer from him. At the time of checkout I realized we had done 6 months no interest and free delivery when originally I wanted 12 months no interest. We called as soon as we got home and Nick assured us that I could come back the very next day and do a return and repurchase the dryer with the 12 months no interest and just paid the delivery fee. Even though the card was now under my husband's name who was now out of town, he still allowed me to do this transaction. He was so patient with having to do this tedious task but very helpful and pleasant. Thanks for making this experience much better than I anticipated.

They are going to close early 2018 and it’ll be torn down along with the auto center which is closed. No way would I go back there. Bought all new appliances around 7/2/17. Just got the new frig fixed 3 1/2mos later. The heater for the defroster was never connected at the factory...They finally figured it out after 3 service calls. I wouldn’t get a warranty at this point since they won’t be around much longer. Don’t waste your money!

Call them. You will understand why this franchise is suffering and this location is closing. Horrible.
