During checkout I was buying 2 similar items but didn't have a tag. I was unaware because the items were similar and the other had a tag. The employee told me I had to go across the store and get another or she couldn't ring it up. Associates are lazy and very unhelpful.

Busy holidays can make quality customer service go down however Terry from the bedding department was providing me with great customer care during a very busy Saturday. I went to several registers before finding someone to help me understand coupon restrictions. She took the time to care. It was refreshing to have someone help especially since I had to drive across town for a specific gift.

Have always liked the store and selection. Anything that can be done to reduce the big perfume blast when entering from the mall would be appreciated. ;)
