My experience was not good here. What made me very upset was because Kim(JCP worker) manually CHARGED me MORE on a dress because she personally "FELT" was too cheap. Very bad. She needs to be fired! I hope she didn't do that to anyone because that is not right at all...you can not just charge someone more because of your personal feelings.

We visited the day after Black Friday.  The kids’ department looked like a bomb went off in it.  There were piles of clothes everywhere and it was very hard to find anything.  The animal plush display was all over the floor.  I’ve never seen that big of a mess at a store!!!

I love that they have a Sephora store within the store, the appliance department isn't overwhelming in selection, and their prices are very reasonable.

Daughter received a gift card from jc penny so we drive an hour out of the way, spend an hour picking out cloths, go to the register and they tell us the gift card will not work. Call jc  penny and they say there's money on it but the store will still not do anything. 3 hours waisted of our time. And now have a gift card that I have to use online I guess? Absolutely awful customer service!

I wish I could rate this place a zero!  I ordered the package which was suppose to cover sitting fees for the family for 2 years.  I call a year later and they have no record.  And they can not tell me what I purchased for $250.  I called the corp customer service and they said they only keep receipts for 6 months.

So word to the wise, check your receipt if you order from them.  They even charged for larger prints when the package only came with 2.  This place is a rip off.  Will never go again!!!
