Great atmosphere of being able to relax and spend time with friends. Really busy before Jazz games or events, but once the event starts, it really dies down and is not as busy (went on a Sunday, so it may vary per day). Friendly staff.

The girls headed over about 10 minutes before us, when we arrived we were told the bar was too full. At least 20 chairs we open, but we had to stand there for 15 minutes until someone left. Once we were in we found it wasnt building capacity but rather lack of servers. We had to jump up and down waving our arms to get a drink once an hour and when our nachos arrived we were told they'd run out of cheese so they gave us a side of salsa, but charged for nachos anyway. Lucky its in the Gateway or it would be out of busienss. Server was nice, when she had time for us, bar is poorly run. They should call this place It's About Time.

Busy for New Years, stopped in for a drink. Waited over 20 minutes and then left, they kept walking past us to use the register and went to serve people at the other end of the bar. I've been a bartender and part of good customer service is to be attentive to those who have been waiting their turn. Won't go there again, need to hire people that not only know how to serve but also be attentive...not jump around to the first person they see. Many others waiting as long as me, if not longer but people that had just walked up got served a few times. Need to have sections or more help, the way the bartenders were working the bar was horrible...it's not rocket science.

Men’s restroom is no place to rest. All I can say is the person responsible for cleaning should be fired. Place had an overwhelming piss stench. 1 Star is a generous rating negative star rating is more appropriate.
